As the Specialist – Social Media and Internal Communications at Inception, you will play a vital dual-role within the Marketing team—crafting compelling digital narratives for external audiences and building meaningful communication experiences for our internal teams. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will drive brand engagement across platforms while ensuring employees stay connected to Inception’s purpose, values, and priorities.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to shape how Inception shows up across digital channels and within its own walls. You will manage our social media presence across platforms, develop content calendars, and amplify thought leadership and product milestones to external audiences. Simultaneously, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a cohesive internal communications framework—enabling clarity, alignment, and a sense of belonging across the company.
Inception is the UAE’s national-scale enabler in AI Research and Development. In partnership with Microsoft, we develop domain-specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platforms, enabling high-precision, cost-efficient solutions powered by advanced reasoning agents. Our focus spans AI incubation, IP creation, applied R&D, and go-to-market platforms for regional and global impact.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute Inception’s social media content strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Create, curate, and schedule high-impact content that promotes thought leadership, product innovation, partnerships, events, and company culture.
Monitor social media engagement and trends, providing performance reports and actionable insights to improve reach and resonance.
Collaborate with content, design, and executive teams to ensure brand consistency and timely storytelling.
Engage with community members, partners, and influencers to amplify Inception’s digital presence.
Internal Communications
Design and manage communication campaigns that keep employees informed, inspired, and aligned.
Draft internal newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, and organizational updates.
Coordinate internal events, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with HR and leadership.
Establish regular feedback loops to understand employee communication needs and improve channel effectiveness.
Maintain internal platforms (e.g., intranet, Teams, email digests) and ensure timely, consistent content updates.
Brand Voice & Messaging
Uphold Inception’s tone of voice across all communications—internal and external—ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
Serve as a trusted editor and communicator across the organization, supporting message development for various teams.
Act as a brand advocate within the company, helping stakeholders align their communications with core narratives.

To Qualify, You Must Have
A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in social media management, internal communications, or content strategy—preferably within tech, AI, or innovation sectors.
Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite), analytics dashboards, and internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams).
Experience producing engaging content across written, visual, and video formats.
Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills in English. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
