The Opportunity
Seeking an experienced, self-driven Solutions Architect with the ideal blend of technical vision and domain expertise to translate exacting business requirements into profitable, best-fit, AI-driven technology solutions for Presight AI.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define the technical vision for the projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and AI-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures for AI platforms, security systems, traffic management, and command & control centers.
• Act as the technical bridge from initial design discussions through to final delivery, working closely with project managers, business analysts, solution architects, and developers.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance best practices, while considering long-term scalability.
• Develop high-level product specifications, design documents, and architectural blueprints, ensuring system feasibility and seamless integration across vendor platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of multi-vendor platform integrations involving AI platforms, video management systems, fiber connectivity, and IoT sensors.
• Define API integration strategies, ensuring smooth data exchange between cloud-based AI platforms, on-premise security systems, and edge computing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the PMO and Product Managers to assess resource requirements, potential risks, and solution delivery goals.
• Design and optimize AI-based security, facial recognition, license plate recognition (ANPR), and predictive analytics solutions.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the use cases for video analytics platforms (including people behaviours and traffic behaviours).
• In depth understanding data pipelines, storage architectures, and AI model deployment strategies.
• Have an in-depth understanding of mainstream data capture devices, including but not limited to CCTV cameras, PTZ cameras, ANPR cameras, drones, speed radar, etc.
• Develop proof of concept (POC) and prototypes to validate AI-based analytics, real-time video processing, and traffic optimization models.
• Ensure that all technical designs adhere to Presight’s organizational QA/QC guidelines and client-specific compliance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on system performance testing, monitoring, and optimization.
• Act as a technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors for AI and Smart City infrastructure integration.
• Evaluate vendor platforms for compatibility, scalability, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Work closely with government agencies, law enforcement, and smart city stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Identify risks associated with solutions architecture and vendor integrations, recommending process and technology improvements.
• Prepare business requirement document, technical reports, risk assessments, and best practice documentation for ongoing system enhancements.

Skills and attributes for success

The yardsticks of your success include cost savings achieved, number of software systems that comply with architecture standards, number of innovations/POCs deployed adherence to policies, procedures & quality standards, and customer NPS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent field
• 7+ years of experience in designing software and solution architecture
• Willingness to international travel at least 50% as required by the role, based on business needs and project requirements.
